Hi All,
O.M.G!!
I'm getting better at this blogging lark.........I've managed to keep a promise.......and finally got around to photographing the altered item I told you about, a few days ago!!
This is how it started out............

I really do think my youngest has grown out of 'Noddy'.......(he's 13!!)......and I've been planning on changing the clock for a while; but just didn't know what to do...........until I received 'Make A Monster for Christmas'.
He had great fun in designing some of the monsters himself. (It's always such a bonus when the kids want to craft.......'cos I don't feel guilty then.....LOL!!)
I stuck to primary colours, so to match the outside rim of the clock. The numbers are stamped using the' Schoolbook Serif Numbers 'set and highlighted with a white gel pen. (Thanks Val for the loan........I know your hubbie enjoyed watching the football in peace........when you just had to drop the set over to me....LOL!!)

Here's some of the monsters close up.............
I decided to make a sort of 'planet' to cover up the bare centre.
To add craters, I punched holes in a circular piece of card with the crop-o-dile; then just rubbed different coloured chalks over the top to add dimension.
For anyone who knows my son (especially when younger).........he often seemed to be in a world of his own.......we always used to refer to it as 'Peter's Planet'.........not sure these beings lived on it though...........LOL!!

I really had good fun making this,

hope you've enjoyed it too.
Till the next time, Happy Crafting
